Monthly Club Orders:
We ship once a month. All confirmed orders with a valid form of payment received between the 1st day to the end of the current month will be included in the following month's shipping period.
Shipping period is the 5th-15th of the month.
Weekends and Holidays could affect these dates
For gift orders we do not like to ruin any surprise so if you choose to send your message on a specific date then the first order will go into the following month's shipping period.

Bottle Shop Orders:
Our retailer usually requires a minimum of 5 business days to prepare your Bottle Shop order, but shipping times might vary according to your delivery address and availability of the items in your order. We submit bottle shop orders Monday - Friday to our retailer. If a bottle shop is placed on a Friday it will be submitted the following Monday.
If there are any issues with any shipment the email on file will be notified.
Once a shipment is fulfilled and in-transit the recipient's email address will receive a tracking email with a tracking link that will give an estimated arrival time.
All shipments require someone over the age of 21 to be present at the time of delivery.
- The purchaser of a monthly subscription will receive a confirmation email with a magic link "Manage Subscription" to view their profile. It actually won't require you to log in at all! The magic link expires after 7 days though, so if you wait too long, we’ll need to generate a new one for you. We can easily help you with that, if you just send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org. To avoid us having to do that you can create an account by scrolling down once you click the link. There will be a log-in link and here you can create an account. Use the email that the order was created with and create a password of your choice. After completing this step you will be able to log-in from the homepage of the website.
- If you want to allow for the recipient of a gift to be able to access the account we can easily switch that for you. Please reach out to email@example.com. At this time our profiles do not allow for this but we are always working on improving the ability for our members to manage their subscription.
- At this time 3, 6, 12 month prepaid membership, bottle shop orders or gift pack orders do not have a profile. If you need to make changes to these orders please erach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
We currently ship to 45 of the lower 48 states in the continental US. Currently, we do not ship internationally or to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Utah, and Mississippi.Because packages must be signed by an adult, 21 years old or older, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, mail forwarding services, or courier depots
We use third party carriers to ship out product every month.
For most shipments across the country we use UPS. UPS requires that someone over the age of 21 be present at the time of deliveries. If there is a missed delivery attempt UPS may take your shipment to an access point such as a business where it can be picked up within a certain holding period.
If a shipment is taken to an access point we will send an email to the recipient's email address on file that the package is being held. You will need to email email@example.com to retrieve the location since it is no guarantee that UPS will leave a door tag. At this time our retailer is unable to put that on the Taster's Club tracking email. We will send several notifications while the shipment is still being held. If the shipment is not picked up in the timeframe it will be returned to our retailer.
For Western states our retailer will use a regional carrier called GLS. GLS does require someone to be present at the time of delivery that is over 21 years of age. GLS will make three delivery attempts. If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful the package will be returned to our retailer.
If your package is returned because it was not picked up at an access point or is returned after failed delivery attempts because of an address issue, refused or not being available we can reship those back out for a $50 reshipping fee. This is to cover all shipping fees that occur on the shipments journey.
If you know you will not be available during the shipping period in a certain month please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once a shipment is in-transit we are unable to make changes without getting the carrier involved. You can reach out to UPS or GLS to make arrangements or reach out to email@example.com to delay a delivery time or reroute to an alternate address. To make these request will require a $20 shipping change fee with our retailer.

We would hate for you to miss out on any of your shipments. However, if the provided delivery address is incorrect, if the order is refused, or if delivery is not successful after the final delivery attempt we do not refund for alcohol sales. These sales are final after ordering since we work within strict regulatory guidelines.
Yes, we work with most national and regional carriers, all of which require an adult over the age of 21 to sign for the delivery. We recommend shipping to a workplace if you cannot be home during delivery times. We cannot request for packages to be left at the door under any circumstances.
If you signed up for any of our 3, 6, or 12 month prepaid memberships the accounts will automatically come to end once the last shipment is fulfilled. The account will not auto-renew. No need to reach out to cancel. We got you taken care of.
The only accounts that are billed regularly are our month to month subscriptions. These accounts are billed the same day every month based on the date they created their first order.
An Alcohol Subscription Box/or Liquor of the Month Club is a spirits-themed service membership that delivers a full-sized bottle or samples to your door at regular intervals, usually monthly or quarterly. At Taster’s Club, we ship a full-sized bottle to each member once a month. We also offer a 3-pack option, so you’ll receive three bottles at once- no need to wait! If you’d like even more options, check out our Bottle Shop, for one-off bottle purchases, delivered several times throughout the month.

Yes! When you purchase a liquor of the month club, simply check the box marked “This is a Gift” and enter the recipient’s delivery address. If you purchase a bottle from our Bottle Shop, you’ll also enter the recipient’s delivery address. Remember someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package.
Each distillery we partner with for our alcohol subscription box has a unique story to share, and we’re continually impressed with the passion and craftsmanship that goes into each of their products. Every selection is accompanied by a Digital 101, so you can learn all about the distillery, the bottle, why we chose it, and recommendations on how to drink it. If they’re both made from grains, aren’t they the same thing? Well, not exactly. Whiskey is a broad category, and within it are many sub-categories and types. Bourbon is a specific type of American whiskey, and it’s also the most popular form of American whiskey. We go into more detail in our post about Bourbon vs Whiskey.
Sipping spirits is an experience that begins with reading the bottle label. Once you’ve familiarized yourself with the label, notice the color and body of the liquid. Hold it up to the light and notice the depth of the shade. When you pour your alcohol of choice, let it open up in your glass while you swish it around and admire it.
When you’re ready to sip it, let the juice roll across your tongue before swallowing so that the flavors linger in your mouth for a few seconds. Then breathe out through your nose and mouth at the same time to get the full range of flavors. You may even get different flavors in your second and third sips – almost like it’s alive on your palate. These spirits aren’t made for chugging, so savor each moment of the experience, and sip slowly.
There is no right or wrong way to drink spirits, but be sure to taste it “neat” first. Then, feel free to experiment with other ways of sipping it: with a chunk of ice, a splash of water, or as the base of a cocktail. Our Digital 101s often include drink recipes for extra inspiration. We’re continually expanding our networks and strengthening our relationships with distilleries around the country. Our Curator dedicates himself to seeking out the most unique, hard-to-find bottles from award-winning craft and artisan distilleries around the world. We like to tease that he has the hardest job- sampling the spirits before sharing it with you. Bottles are chosen for their unique production styles, ingredients, and barrel finishes. We even offer bottles Exclusive to Taster’s Club with limited production and availability, so you know you’re getting something special in your alcohol of the month club.
Once you complete your checkout there will be a confirmation email sent to your email with details about your purchase. A Welcome Email will be sent to the gift recipient's email address, which you can provide at checkout.
When the shipment is ready to leave our warehouse, we’ll email the gift recipient a tracking number. Shipments usually take 3 to 5 business days to arrive, and deliveries are typically made during business hours.
If there’s a delay due to carrier issues or inclement weather, we’ll send the gift recipient an email with info on when to expect their shipment.
No problem. If you want to switch or extend your membership type, you can do so through your membership profile after you sign up. If you’d like to renew, simply send us an email at email@example.com, and we’ll help you out.
The date that your Whiskey of the Month Subscription is created will be your billing date for the duration of your membership.
