Adirondack The Vault Series Bourbon

The bourbon barrels are aged in our old bank vault thus the name; Vault Series. The Vault Series is the "Big Brother" to the 601 Bourbon. It has been aged in 53 gallon barrels for over 7 years, creating a depth of character and a wonderful flavor pallet. Their only ingredient is corn sourced from local farms, and a proprietary blend of corn from 5 different farms is used in their mash. It’s not common for many distilleries to use only corn, but Jordan says the 100% corn mash bill was chosen for a few reasons. It’s gluten free, corn is plentiful in the area, and it makes the bourbon smoother and different from other bourbons.
