We’re thrilled to share with you a bottle of Barrell Craft Spirits Private Reserve Bourbon Whiskey, a marriage of bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana, constructed from a volumetric recipe based on a component age statement. This is an exercise in micro-blending because Barrell Craft Spirits selected bourbons of four different ages, and blended them to make a product that spans the greatest spectrum of flavor. With each release, a new set of base bourbons are selected, so this specific recipe is only made once.</p>
