Highland Park 31 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This 31 year old expression from Highland Park in the Islands region has been matured in a sherry cask.

A dark, brooding nose revealing mahogany, teak, corinth raisins, liquorice, spiced chutney, chewing tobacco and hazelnuts. An intense palate has morello cherry, stewed apricot and walnut. Chewy oak and earthy spices linger.
