Mezcal Negra Soledad espadín is produced with maguey espadín capon, which is characterized by its high level of maturation. A high mountain agave that, due to the conditions in which it grows, obtains a unique and authentic flavor. It is elaborated in a patient and dedicated way by the Master Mezcalero Nicolás Hernández in Santiago Matatlán , Oaxaca.
