Carefully handcrafted from the arid, fertile fields of Amatitan, Jalisco by one of the premier tequila producers, Tequila Selecto de Amatitan, Nocaut Tequila has won triple gold medals and Best of Category from the Polished Palate, SOM Spirits of Mexico competition. This tequila is crafted from only the finest 9-year aged, estate-grown Webber’s Blue Agave, baked in brick ovens for up to 12 hours, and fermented using naturally occurring yeast. It’s then is pot-distilled before being bottled.
Brilliant and luminous light gold color, this tequila receives its unique satisfying notes and aromas from special charred Bourbon barrels procured from some of the top American whiskey distillers. Tequila Nocaut Reposado (pronounced like "knock-out") is zealously cared in the barrels for at least six months. With fine notes that mix the aroma of sweet citrus and cocoa, the anise of the region is perceived in composition with caramel, cinnamon, vanilla, and cooked agave honey. You’ll taste the smooth, subtle notes of cooked agave and wood that give the tequila its own mature personality.
Friendly and sophisticated with caramelized flashes of vanilla and cinnamon, the Nocaut Reposado finishes with a punch of citrus sweets like orange and vanilla.
