Taconic Distillery Barrel Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a Taster's Club Exclusive. This copper-colored Bourbon has a high rye mash bill (25%) with 70% corn and 5% barley. Though it’s bottled at 57.5% ABV, it still offers a sweet nose with corn and cereal grain and a heightened dose of caramel and butterscotch on the palate.
