The Avión story begins in the small town of Jesus Maria, Mexico. Here, single origin, blue agave is grown at some of the highest elevations for 7 – 10 years.

Avión Añejo Tequila is aged for two years and as a result has a rich amber color with notes of roasted agave with woody notes and hints of peach and cherry. The taste is luxuriously soft and rich with hints of vanilla, caramel, coconut and maple.
