A true "grain-to-glass" American Craft Whiskey. This whiskey is mashed, fermented, distilled, filtered, barreled, aged, and bottled by hand in Aberdeen, Washington distillery. Aged in un-used or "virgin" American White Oak barrels for up to 3yrs. This Whiskey is made from a mash bill consisting of Washington select malted barley, soft white winter wheat, and malted rye.
