Released in 2025 as a limited edition, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon redefines meticulousness with its dual-barrel aging process. The bourbon begins its journey maturing in new toasted and charred American oak barrels. It is then carefully transferred to a second custom-crafted toasted and charred French fine-grain oak barrel. Sourced from esteemed French forests like Tronçais and Allier, the wood for these barrels undergoes 40 months of natural outdoor air drying near the Charente River, infusing the barrels with distinct characteristics shaped by the region’s climate, humidity, and microflora. This painstaking process creates an unmatched depth of flavor and complexity.
