Named in honor of Frances, the wife of one of our owners, Francesca Limited Reserve Italian Style Grappa honors deep-rooted traditions while elevating the tasting experience. Unlike modern mass-produced varieties that distill only the leftover skins and seeds, this small-batch spirit utilizes the entire grape. By keeping the juice that is usually siphoned off for wine production, we ensure a richer, more complex base that captures the true essence of the fruit.

The distillation is followed by resting the spirit on French Oak, a step that imparts a velvety texture and subtle warmth. This combination of whole-grape fermentation and oak aging creates a smoothness rarely found in standard grappas. It is a labor-intensive process, but the result is a sophisticated 40% ABV spirit that appeals to both traditional Italian connoisseurs and American palates looking for quality without the harsh bite.
