Lochlea Fallow Edition Third Crop

Inspired by the quiet rest of the farm fields in autumn, the Lochlea Fallow Edition (Third Crop) is the final release in our celebrated Fallow series. This edition continues the tradition of maturing our spirit in Sherry casks, this time using 100% first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts to create a deep and decadent single malt. At 46% ABV, it is presented with all-natural color and is non-chill filtered to preserve its full character. Expect warming notes of cooked apples and sweet dates on the nose, which give way to freshly baked bread and Manuka honey on the palate. The experience concludes with a rich, savoury finish of buttery sandalwood oils and mixed peppercorns, making it the perfect dram for a crisp autumn evening.
