Crafted from rye grains that have flourished along Denmark's west coast since ancient times, this signature whisky delivers remarkable depth and perfectly balanced flavors that honor both tradition and terroir. Each batch begins with local Danish rye and barley, 100% floor malted within our distillery walls, then double distilled in small direct-fired copper pot stills before resting in virgin American white oak barrels.
