The journey begins with a multi-mashbill blend of spicy, high-rye 6- and 7-year-old barrels, which are harmonized with the softer, dark cherry and butterscotch notes of 8-year-old bourbons. After resting for two months, 13-year-old barrels are introduced, adding a bright wave of fruit flavors. On the nose, vibrant aromas of lemon, cherry, and banana emerge alongside herbaceous rye.
