Now working alongside her recovered father, she continues their family legacy using time-honored methods: slow-cooking agaves in underground pit ovens for four days, crushing them with a traditional tahona stone wheel, fermenting in pine wood tanks with wild yeasts, and double-distilling in copper pot stills.
