I was never notified of shipping and didn't even know about a "failed" attempt until being charged for second order being sent. When I tracked the delivery it said it was in return status (for the last week) and the attempted delivery was not the correct address so never even knew to try and pick up. I am waiting to hear back from customer service.

The shipping company speedx has not even attempted to deliver once even though they claim they've tried multiple times. Between my girlfriend and myself we've worked from home 7 times to try to accommodate the delivery (thankfully we can do that, though it's an inconvenience). They say that it's inaccessible because either a gate or apartment building. I don't live in an apartment and there isn't a gate. I've reached out multiple times and even offered to go pick the order up. Save yourself the frustration, don't do this subscription. They used to be good when they used DHL delivery, but now that they've switched it's a nightmare.
