This distinctive spirit starts with a carefully crafted blend of 2 and 3 year old bourbon—60% yellow corn, 35% pumpernickel rye, and 5% heritage malt—distilled and initially aged in Ohio before making its journey to Arizona. What sets Sentinel apart is its finishing process: the bourbon rests on freshly harvested Whiskey Del Bac® mesquited barrel staves, then undergoes filtration through mesquite charcoal in the proprietary Pima County Process™. This unique treatment produces a bright yet punchy bourbon that opens with inviting aromas of smoked apple pie.
