Every bottle is produced by a single distiller during one season, aged for a minimum of four years in a federally bonded warehouse, and bottled at exactly 100 proof.

Crafted entirely in-house at our Salt Lake City distillery, this rye whiskey goes through a meticulous process of milling, mashing, fermenting, and distilling. We proof our spirits using naturally artesian, limestone-filtered water, which imparts a unique mineral complexity and depth to the final product. The result is a bold, authentic straight rye whiskey that delivers a pure and robust drinking experience, free from additives and full of character.
