El Bagazo Tequila Reposado

Every bottle of El Bagazo Tequila Reposado tells the story of traditional craftsmanship, honored at every step of production. We start with 100% Tequilana Weber agave, grown in the rich soil of Jalisco's Sierra Occidental. Each piña is slow-roasted in brick ovens to bring out deep, caramelized flavors, then crushed the old-fashioned way with a tahona stone.
The magic continues with open-air fermentation (fibers included) in plastic vats, using pure deep well water for a clean, authentic taste. We then distill this mixture twice in a copper pot still, before resting it in French oak barrels to develop its signature smoothness and complexity.
