Five & 20 Spirits Déjà Vu Rye

Five & 20 Spirits Déjà Vu Rye is a limited release whiskey that rewards a slower sip. It begins its life in new, charred American oak barrels, where it picks up the robust caramel and vanilla notes that round out the natural spice of the rye. From there, the whiskey moves into freshly emptied Rhiskey Business beer casks straight from our own brewery. Because these casks come from just next door, we refill them with whiskey within 24 hours of emptying the beer, capturing the barrels at their freshest for maximum flavor and aroma. That extra time in the beer casks brings out a sweeter, fruitier character that plays beautifully against the spice and caramel of the rye. The result is a whiskey with genuine depth and a familiar-yet-surprising finish that keeps you coming back for the next pour.
