Eighty percent of the Bourbon rests for a minimum of 8 years, while the remaining 20% ages even longer, at least 10 years, deepening its character before a drop is ever poured. Once it reaches full maturity at our distillery in Kentucky, the Bourbon makes its journey to Kirin in Japan, where it's carefully bottled and prepared for release.
