Crafted by our acclaimed Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill Lumsden, the whisky begins its life in American white oak bourbon casks, aging for over 10 years to develop its delicate and fruity character. It is then expertly transferred into ex-Calvados du Pays d’Auge casks from Normandy, where it spends its final years absorbing the essence of baked apples and pears.
