H.K. Young Bourbon Co. Toasted Barrel Blend

Some bourbons are built. This one was earned. "From Georgia, With Love" marks the final release in a story that began before Cole ever left for his year stationed overseas, continuing the toasted barrel tradition first set in motion with Batch #1. To create it, we returned to the same three mashbills that gave our original blend its balance and complexity, only this time, each had an extra year to mature. That additional time in the barrel worked exactly as we hoped: deepening the oak, softening the edges, and adding new layers of character while keeping the structure that made the first batch so memorable.

Open the bottle and you'll find dark honey, ripe fig, and Georgian stone fruit on the nose, giving way to a palate of baklava-sweet pastry, candied walnut, and spiced caramel. The finish is long and reflective, carrying notes of sweet oak, tobacco leaf, and a fading whisper of black tea. It's a bourbon that rewards patience, much like the year that shaped it.
