The Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Specialty Barrel Series expands upon our traditional bourbon legacy by exploring the transformative power of oak. Building on our trusted mashbill and Beck’s Hybrids corn varietals, this limited series showcases how a unique barrel can redefine a familiar whiskey. For the 2025 release, our Master Distiller, in partnership with Independent Stave Company, selected rare Missouri-grown Chinquapin oak barrels to age our Kentucky Straight Bourbon for seven years. This distinctive wood imparts an entirely new dimension of flavor, elevating the classic profile with rich notes of fruit, honey, and spice. Bottled at 105 proof, this bourbon offers a complex and rewarding tasting experience that is both innovative and deeply rooted in our craft.
