Each year, our Master Distiller collaborates with the Independent Stave Company to select a distinct barrel, creating a truly unique expression.

For the 2025 release, our seven-year-old Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon is finished in barrels crafted from rare Missouri Chinquapin oak. This specific wood was chosen to introduce exceptional depth and complexity to the spirit. Bottled at 105 proof, this bourbon preserves the beloved character of our Grain to Glass foundation while unveiling a new layer of flavor.
