This unique release begins with a specific corn seed varietal, Beck’s 6225, which is proudly noted on the label along with its distinct mashbill.

Aged for six years in rickhouses W5 and W6 at our Cox’s Creek location, this bourbon has matured on the third, fourth, and fifth floors, allowing for a complex interaction with the oak. It is bottled at a barrel proof of 106.6 without chill filtration, preserving the full depth and integrity of its flavor profile.

Upon pouring, it presents a radiant golden amber hue. The aroma opens with fresh notes of apples and pears, mingling with the scent of new oak. The first sip reveals a lively palate of orchard fruit, brightened by floral and spice notes. This leads to a satisfying finish characterized by a gentle oaky sweetness and a lingering peppery spice.
