Catrina Tequila Añejo begins with 100% blue Weber agave, estate-grown in the rich volcanic soil of Jalisco, Mexico. We slow-roast the agave hearts in traditional brick ovens before crushing them with a tahona wheel, a meticulous process that coaxes out the plant's natural, vibrant sweetness.

After being twice-distilled in small-batch copper pot stills, the tequila is laid to rest for over a year in select oak barrels. This patient aging process transforms it, weaving the bright character of the agave with warm, inviting notes of vanilla, rich toffee, and subtle toasted wood.
