Aged for over two years in brand-new 53-gallon Missouri oak barrels using both high rye and high wheat mash builds, this Locke + Co. collaboration strikes a rare confluence of bold and balanced — a bourbon that rewards the patient sipper with layers of complexity in every glass. What sets it apart is the finishing process: once aged, the bourbon is transferred into large tanks where rye-soaked charred aspen discs and first-use charred aspen discs are added, imparting a depth and smoothness that's entirely its own.
