Experience a mezcal crafted with generations of wisdom and tradition. Los Vecinos del Campo Espadin is the result of a collaboration between 10 master mezcaleros in Oaxaca's Valles Centrales region, each using time-honored methods passed down from their ancestors.

The journey begins with locally grown agave Espadin, which is roasted in underground pits to develop a deep, smoky character. The agave is then crushed by a traditional stone molino and naturally fermented in wooden vats before being double-distilled in copper pot stills. This meticulous small-batch process creates a spirit that is both complex and beautifully balanced.

On the palate, it opens with a lively spice that gives way to a vibrant blend of tropical fruit, fresh ginger, and roasted bell pepper notes.
