Initially matured in American oak, the rum develops a vibrant foundation before traveling to the cooler environment of the GlenAllachie distillery.

This unique dual-climate aging process is what sets this spirit apart. Once in the cooler cellars, the rum undergoes a secondary maturation of over two years in a complex combination of red wine, virgin oak, and ex-Bourbon casks. This expert blending creates a sophisticated depth of flavor, marrying tropical warmth with distinct oaky notes. Bottled at 46% ABV, with no added coloring or chill filtration, it delivers a pure, full-bodied taste exactly as nature intended.
