Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, aged 6–8 years in the red volcanic soils of Los Altos, each sip delivers a layered profile of sweet cooked agave, bright citrus, and cool vegetal notes. Aromas of wet grass, white pepper, and mint give way to flavors of grape, lemon zest, and bell pepper—all balanced by a smooth, perfectly oxygenated finish.
