Peerless Small Batch Toasted Rye offers a depth of character achieved through a meticulous dual-barrel aging process. First rested in standard char-level three oak, the spirit develops a robust foundation of caramel, brown sugar, and deep toffee notes. To elevate the experience further, the whiskey is finished in a second, toasted barrel. This final step imparts intricate layers of honey, vanilla, and dark chocolate, accented by toasted spices.
