Pursuit Spirits Taster's Club Double Oak Bourbon Whiskey

Most bourbons settle for one stave profile. Taster's Club layers three: Mendoza, American Oak Double Toast, and Oak Bomb, each contributing its own character to the final pour. The double-toasted American oak brings a sweet, dessert-like warmth to the front of the profile, while Oak Bomb delivers a concentrated hit of wood that builds structure and depth throughout. Mendoza rounds things out with its own blend of tannins and spice, distinct from what you'd find in a traditional French oak finish. The result is a bourbon with more dimension in every sip, layered rather than linear, rich without losing balance. For drinkers who've grown tired of single-profile pours, this is a glass worth slowing down for.
