Redbreast 18 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey, crafted from a combination of malted and unmalted barley and triple-distilled in traditional copper pot stills. This expression is aged for 18 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, which imbue it with a rich and complex character. The extended aging period allows the whiskey to develop deep, layered flavors while maintaining the signature smoothness for which Redbreast is celebrated.
