Four-grain, high-rye bourbon blended from 25 barrels. Made from a mashbill of 51% corn, 45% rye, 2% wheat, and 2% malt, and then aged for at least 5 years in toasted char No.-3 barrels. The nose is sweet and redolent of fragrant wood, followed by a palate filled with vanilla cream and chocolate syrup, balanced by drying oak tannins.
