Made from hand selected 100% Blue Weber Agave. The fruit that we select comes from the Los Altos de Jalisco and the tequila from personally selected fields. Rooster Rojo Ahumado Tequila is crafted according to traditional smoked tequila technology in our artisanal underground oven.
