Savage & Cooke Cask Finished Bourbon Whiskey

Experience the distinctive character of Dave Phinney’s house Bourbon, a spirit born from the rich soil of California. Every grain—yellow corn, rye, and malted barley—is sourced within 50 miles of the distillery, ensuring a true farm-to-bottle experience. This meticulous process begins with whole kernels milled on-site and distilled in a custom Vendome copper still, before resting for a minimum of three years in hand-crafted White American Oak barrels.

The final touch sets this whiskey apart. Once mature, a portion of the Bourbon is transferred to Dave Phinney’s own Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for a two-month finishing period.
