This spirit begins with our inaugural Rye Whiskey, which is then elevated through a rigorous secondary aging process. We re-cask the liquid in a custom combination of 18- and 12-month-aged West Virginia white oak staves, allowing it to mature at our distillery for an additional year and a half. This extended patience unlocks a complexity rarely found in standard ryes. By carefully blending only the two finest barrels from this batch, we have created a remarkably unique whiskey that offers a sophisticated sipping experience defined by rich wood notes and distinct character.
