A remarkable collaboration between two celebrated spirits-producing regions, Tequila Ocho and Ferrand Cognac come together for the third time to create an exceptional Añejo that bridges the red soils of Los Altos de Jalisco with the chalky terroir of Cognac, France.

Crafted exclusively from overripe agaves harvested at Rancho Las Raíces, this limited expression is distilled to preserve the distinctive character and identity of its origin. It is then aged for a full year in barrels previously used to mature Ferrand Cognac, which travel more than 8,800 kilometers from France to Arandas, Jalisco, to complete this unique maturation journey.

The result is an extraordinarily balanced and complex Añejo, where the influence of Cognac enhances rather than overshadows the character of the agave. The nose opens with inviting aromas of ripe cherry, cinnamon, and rich cajeta, complemented by subtle fresh herbs and damp earth. On the palate, beautifully cooked agave takes center stage, layered with salted caramel, warming ginger, and delicate roasted coffee. The finish is elegant and lingering, leaving a refined impression of fresh wood.
