Tequila Paladar Blanco

From one of the last independent founding families of tequila, Paladar Blanco is a tribute to the rich traditions of Mexico. We begin by harvesting mature 7-Year Blue Weber agave directly from our own fields, ensuring unparalleled quality from the very start. The agave is then slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens before undergoing an open-air fermentation in pine boxes with a unique blend of wild and proprietary yeast. Each batch is twice-distilled in a custom copper and stainless steel pot still blend to achieve a perfectly balanced and smooth spirit. As a final homage to its origins, every bottle is hand-dipped in the volcanic soil of our agave fields—a true product of the earth, from our family to yours.
