Tod Vixen's Bourbon Cask Finish Mature Gin

At the Vale Fox Distillery, we are committed to innovation and enhancing the taste, flavor profile, and mixability of our gins. We believe that by investigating different approaches to our award-winning gins, we offer our consumers truly remarkable gin experiences.

As a result, we have developed a limited-edition series of gins rested/aged in different wood barrels for at least 9 months. Our first release is Flying Fox Series: Tod & Vixen’s Bourbon Cask Finished Mature Gin aged in American Oak Bourbon casks.

Future releases will be aged in Rum casks (9 months) and also in Brandy casks (12 months). Different wood barrels offer different taste and flavor profiles.
