We ferment Montana beet sugar with rich cane molasses to create a true Montana bRum, then distill and age it to a deep, polished warmth. The result is a dark rum that pours with a mahogany hue and opens with aromas of toasted sugar, dried fruit, and a touch of spice. Ramsdell’s Parrot is named for one of Butte’s earliest copper mines—and for the copper “parrot” distillers use to proof spirits coming off the still.
