The Woodson Whiskey White & Silver Signature Series begins its journey as a classic Kentucky mash before undergoing a unique accelerated aging process. Using ultrasonic waves, we achieve a deep, mature flavor profile in just six months, enhancing the contact between the bourbon and the barrel staves. The spirit is then finished in French Oak Cabernet wine barrels, previously used for Charles Woodson's own Napa Valley wine, at our San Diego distillery.

This intricate process results in a truly distinctive tasting experience.
