Yola Jimenez' grandfather raised agaves on his Oaxaca land and made mezcal for his friends; now his farm is run by an all-female team of mezcaleras producing and bottling Yola Mezcal. A blend of Espadin and Madrecuishe. On the nose, there are clean agave flavors with vibrant smoke. The flavors are bright and refreshing, yet complex with earthy mineral flavors. The finish is long and has notes of smoked fruits and peppery spice.
