Chairman’s Reserve The Forgotten Casks Rum - a rich mahogany blend of rum from 6 to 11 years old aged in ex-bourbon barrels in Saint Lucia. The Forgotten Casks are the happy accident resulting from misplaced casks of rum during a fire to the administration offices at the distillery in 2007. Three years later, a container of barrels containing these forgotten casks was rediscovered and the extraordinary rum inside is what is re-created today.
