The mash bill of this rye is 75% rye and 25% malted barley. We take pride in our refined distillation process that includes a 10,000 pound, 44-foot tall Vendome column still, along with our one-of-a-kind pot still. Our whiskey is then placed in new American oak barrels (Char 4) to age for years in our Wisconsin rack house, mellowing and maturing. Our whiskey is 100% grain-to-glass, meaning that all of the byproduct is recycled. After distillation and separation, the spent grain is taken to a local farm and enjoyed by livestock, while the residual water is transported to an anaerobic digester and converted into energy!
