La Historia De Nosotros Tequila Espadín y Tobalá

Nosotros made the perfect introductory mezcal for newcomers to the spirit. They created an ensemble of two agaves, espadín and tobalá. Tobalá is a wild agave that is difficult and costly to source but using it they were able to keep bold flavor while reducing the ABV to make it smoother and more approachable than traditional mezcals. It is also much less smoky than most mezcals making the flavor of the agaves the real star.
