Made with the Verdeja variety, La Misión comes from century-old vines planted in land with mainly sandy soil. The 'Verdeja' presents distinct morphological traits, the grapes are smaller, the clusters more oval in shape and is more resistant to diseases such as botrytis, thanks to its thicker skin. The aromas are the expression of the authentic Verdejo, a more rustic side but also a real authenticity. The analytical data reveals a higher acidity and a more concentrated grape.

The wine finishes fermenting and aging for 10 months partly in 500 liter French oak barrels; in 5,000 liter vats and jars of different capacities made from a percentage of clay that comes from Menade's own land. A return to the terrestrial origin
