Mezcal Amaras Ensemble Espadín-Tobalá

Handmade in Oaxaca: Amarás Ensamble is an artisan mezcal made from the combination of two types of our agaves: Espadín (A. Angustifolia) and Tobalá (A. Potatorum), whose different characteristics complement each other. Assembled in the oven using a mixture of 70% Espadín and 30% Tobalá.
