Los Hijos (Mateo and Cuahutemoc) of Aquilino Garcia took over their fathers' palenque in Candelaria Yegole when he passed away. They have carried on making excellent mezcal. Their Pechuga features bat friendly espadin and organic apples, pineapple, guava, bananas, almonds, raisins, tejocotes, chocolate and farm raised chicken breast. 51.3% ABV.
